Spa Policies

We want your spa experience to be as healthy, relaxing, and rewarding as it can be.  Please be sure to review the policies of Amari Facial Spa, LLC listed below prior to booking your first appointment.  Please note that when you schedule an appointment with our spa, you are accepting and agreeing to abide by these policies.  We reserve the right to update our policies from time to time as needed.  Please be sure to check this page periodically for any updates or changes when you are booking an appointment.  Should you have any questions concerning any of our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We want you to have the best experience possible.

RESERVATIONS

We provide services on a *By Appointment Only* basis, which means we do not accept walk-in clients.

​

We highly recommend booking your appointment online using our Book Now feature on our Services page. You may also request an appointment by texting or calling us at (828) 407-0194.

​

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment so you can receive a detailed one-on-one consultation with your esthetician prior to your service start time and so we can obtain necessary information in order to meet your needs and give you the best experience possible.

LATE ARRIVALS

​

Should you arrive less than 15 minutes prior to your first appointment, we will still conduct a thorough consultation and the length of your service will be shortened accordingly.  Regardless of your arrival time, you are responsible for payment of the full amount of the scheduled service.

​

If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your scheduled service.  Should you arrive late to your appointment more than once, you will be required to pre-pay for your next appointment in advance.  Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full benefit of your scheduled service.

CANCELLATIONS &

RESCHEDULING

​

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.  You may text, email, or call us to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.  If we do not receive notice of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, we will require you to pre-pay for your next appointment prior to booking your next scheduled service.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS &

NO SHOWS

​

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pre-pay for your next appointment before being able to book another service with us.

PAYMENTS

 

Payment for services is required in full at the time of the service, unless one of the circumstances listed above requires pre-payment of the scheduled service in advance.  Forms of accepted payments are cash, check, or credit card.  Checks should be made payable to Amari Facial Spa, LLC.  No pre- or post-dated checks will be honored.  There is a $25 returned check fee and pre-payment for future services using another payment method will be required at time of booking.

​​SPA ETIQUETTE AND GENERAL SPA POLICIES

​

Cell phone use is not permitted within the spa.  Please kindly silence or turn off your cell phone upon entering the spa.

​

Please do not bring valuable personal items with you to the spa.  The spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal belongings.

​

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or otherwise threatening behavior and to ask that person to leave the premises immediately.  Such a person will be prohibited from scheduling any future services with the spa.

​

We want you to have a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we will do what we can to accommodate you and provide the best possible experience.  We cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control.

​

If it is discovered through our skin analysis and consultation with you that certain contraindications exist that will not allow us to provide the scheduled service to you, we have the right to cancel your service.  (Examples include but are not limited to: sunburned skin, open sores, recent surgeries, infectious disease, allergies to our product ingredients, recent Botox injections and/or dermal fillers.)

Sales of any retail skincare products are final.  No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

​

In an effort to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all our clients, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa.  Please arrange for childcare well in advance of your appointment.  Should you arrive with children to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

GROUPS/BRIDAL PARTIES

​

Since we are a boutique facial spa, we are unable to accommodate groups or bridal parties at this time.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.
